Meet London Tessener

London Tessener is the newest addition to the team at Ellinger & Carr, having joined the firm in April 2023. Her budding legal career is marked by a diverse range of experiences in residential real estate law, business law, and alcohol law. Prior to joining Ellinger & Carr, she worked with Mann, McGibney, & Jordan, in the area of residential real estate law, and with Matheson & Associates and the Beer Law Center, where she focused on business, trademark, and alcohol law.

Currently, she represents municipal lenders as well as nonprofit and for-profit developers on low-income housing tax credit projects. She handles commercial real estate transactions and homeowner rehabilitation loans from municipalities. Her expertise also extends to advising nonprofit organizations and assisting with 501(c)(3) applications, showcasing her versatility and commitment to serving diverse legal needs. She also assists clients with the trademark registration process, advising them from the initial application through registration with the USPTO.

London’s approach to law is characterized by her dedication to providing thorough and insightful legal services. Her diverse background equips her with the skills necessary to navigate the complex landscape of real estate and business law, making her an asset to the Ellinger & Carr team.
